Raspberry Lemon Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) milk

2 cups (500 mL) frozen raspberries

1/2 cup ( 125 mL) lemon- or vanilla-flavoured yogurt

2 tsp (10 mL) grated lemon zest

2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey (or to taste)

Preparation

In a blender, combine milk, frozen fruit, yogurt and other flavourings (as called for); purée until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
